All digital products, downloads, and educational materials delivered electronically are non-refundable and non-returnable once access has been granted.
Printed Books & Physical Materials
Printed books and physical educational materials are not eligible for returns or refunds once shipped, except in cases where the item arrives damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

Once approved, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost. Refunds are not provided for damaged items; replacements are the sole remedy.
